How can I register?
Online through our registration portal: (payment can be made in-person, credit card or etransfer. https://app.univerusrec.com/osoyoospub/courses/index.asp
In-Person at the Sonora Community Centre.
Registration will not be taken over the phone.
What if a program is full?
If a program is full, we will place you on a waitlist for the class. There is no charge to be placed on a waitlist and we will contact you if a space becomes available.
What happens if my program gets cancelled?
Should a program be cancelled, a credit for the program cost will be placed on your account. Credits can be used for future program registration, drop-in, facility bookings or membership purchases.
What happens if I no longer want to attend a program?
You may withdraw from a registered program at any time. A credit for the full program fee will be given for withdrawals that occur prior to the start of the program. A prorated credit will be given for withdrawals that occur after the program has started. Credits will not be given for participants who do not show up for classes without notice.
Do I need to attend programs with my child/children?
All preschool programs require parents to attend with their child. Parents should be prepared to participate with their children if needed.
Can my child hang out at the Sonora Community Centre while waiting for a program to start or for parent pickup?
Children under the age of 7 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian when they are not under the supervision of their program instructor. Town of Osoyoos staff are no responsible for children in the building that are not participating in a program.
