• Council approved the proposed 2027-2031 Sun Bowl Arena budget.

• Council approved Development Variance Permit No. DVP26-03 to allow an accessory structure to be located between the front parcel line and the principal structure at 6 Braeburn Place.

• Council gave first and second readings to Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1375.12, 2026, related to proposed changes to the Near Market Affordable Housing Program in the Meadowlark area. A Public Hearing is scheduled for 2:00 PM on October 13, 2026 in Council Chambers.
