The Town of Osoyoos intends to lease property known as the Desert Sunrise Marina to Sunwest Investment Corporation Dba Wake Pilot Wakeboarding for a three-year term at a rate of $10,500 for 2026, $10,750 for 2027 and $11,000 for 2028.

The term of this agreement is from May 15, 2026 to September 15, 2028, with an option to renew for an additional two-year term.
