April 11, 2025: Starting in approximately May 2025, sanitary sewer and water lines will be upgraded on Magnolia Place, followed by road replacement. End-of-service-life water lines will be replaced, and the sanitary sewer work will address the occasional odor issues currently being experienced. 

Magnolia Place and Lilac Court will be impacted. H&M Construction will be contacting residents in the area when work is ready to begin (as soon as 74^th and Heron project completes). They will provide further information on the project including who to call with questions during construction. 

June 17, 2025: Due to construction, water service will be temporarily interrupted in your area during 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In preparation for the water service shut down, please ensure that you have an adequate supply of water on hand for domestic use. Once service is restored, you may notice adverse water quality (high color, suspended solids and turbidity). Residents are advised to check the quality of the water before doing laundry. Running a cold water tap or hose/sprinkler outside can be used to assist with clearing any adverse water from the service to your home. Further questions can be directed to H&M at 250-493-4677.

June 23, 2025: Sanitary lines will be installed at the entrance of Magnolia Place. Due to construction, there will be no vehicle access to Magnolia from Tuesday June 24th to Friday June 27th from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If you need to leave your residence please move your vehicle to Oleander Drive prior to 7:30 AM.
