April 11, 2025: Starting in approximately June 2025, sanitary sewer and water lines will be upgraded on Magnolia Place, followed by road replacement. End-of-service-life water lines will be replaced, and the sanitary sewer work will address the occasional odor issues currently being experienced. 

Magnolia Place and Lilac Court will be impacted. H&M Construction will be contacting residents in the area when work is ready to begin (as soon as 74^th and Heron project completes). They will provide further information on the project including who to call with questions during construction.
