Property tax notices have been prepared and are in the mail. If you do not get your tax notice, please call Town Hall to obtain a copy.

Alternatively you can view your tax account online and sign up for e-billing. Visit www.osoyoos.ca/services/property-taxes  to register.

The 2026 property tax deadline is July 2, 2026. Any amounts outstanding after the deadline (including unclaimed homeowner grants, are subject to a 10% penalty).
 
As a reminder, the province of BC accepts homeowner grants either online or via telephone (250-387-0555). Claim your homeowner grants as soon as possible to avoid long wait times closer to the deadline.
