• Tess Jakubec and Leila Zepplin of Lees + Associates presented the draft Cemetery Master Plan.

• Council removed the proposed changes to parking space dimensions from Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1395.12, 2026.

• Council added a partnership with the Osoyoos Chamber of Commerce to the Council Strategic Priorities Chart.

Water Matters

• Council approved the implementation of Stage 2 water restrictions for residential and commercial users, effective May 1, 2026.

Staff Reports

• Council supported the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen’s (RDOS) proposed amendment to the South Okanagan Sub-Regional Growth Strategy (RGS) Bylaw No. 2770, 2017.

• Council approved recipients for the second intake of RMI and Community Service grants.

• Council authorized notice of intention to lease Desert Sunrise Marina to Sunwest Investment Corporation dba Wake Pilot Wakeboarding for a three-year term.

• Council supported the RDOS draft Solid Waste Management Plan and will provide a letter of endorsement to the Regional District.
