Billing deadlines for utility bills and property taxes are fast approaching.

• Utility bills are due June 30, 2026
• Property taxes are due July 2, 2026

To avoid penalties, please ensure your payment is made to the correct account before the applicable deadline. Any outstanding balance after the due date, including unclaimed home owner grants, is subject to a 10% penalty.

The Province of BC accepts home owner grant applications online or by phone at 250-387-0555.
