A public hearing was held for 28 Empire Street (Z26-02). Following the hearing Council gave third reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1395.13, 2026.

Council approved Firefighting Apparatus and Equipment Testing and Replacement Policy, FIRE-004.
Council consented to the adoption of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Environmental Conservation Service Establishment Bylaw No. 2690, 2016, on behalf of the electors of the Town of Osoyoos.
Council appointed Marg Coulson as Chief Election Officer for the purpose of conducting the 2026 General Local Election.
