- Council reviewed a Development Variance Permit application (DVP26-02) for 8 Chardonnay Court requesting a reduction to the off-street parking requirements. Council postponed its decision to allow staff to provide additional information regarding the driveway dimensions.
- Council authorized staff to execute the Third Amendment to the Waste Collection Agreement between the Town of Osoyoos and Waste Connections of Canada Inc.
- Council consented to adding the Town of Osoyoos to the service area boundaries established under the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Environmental Conservation Service Establishment Bylaw No. 2690, 2016.
- Council authorized the execution of the Interagency Funding and Collaboration Agreement between the Osoyoos Indian Band, the Town of Osoyoos, the Town of Oliver, and the Regional District Okanagan Similkameen.
