Staff Reports 

• Development Variance Permit Application No. DVP26-02 for 8 Chardonnay Court to reduce off-street parking was denied.
• Development Variance Permit Application No. DVP26-05 for 4601 97th Street to reduce off-street parking was denied
• Council approved the 2027-2031 Fire Department budget.
• Council approved the removal of a flag replacement project in the current Resort Development Strategy and moved the $10,000 budgeted to strategic events support.
• Council approved a two-year Osoyoos Airport Management Agreement with the Osoyoos Airport Development Society.
• Council adopted the 2025 Water Conservation Plan Update prepared by TRUE Consulting.

Bylaws 

• Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 1395.13, 2026 was given first two readings, a public hearing is scheduled for the Regular Open meeting of September 8, 2026.
