At the August 19, 2013 Regular Open meeting Council awarded the tender to Superior Excavating.

Superior Excavating $52,920.00
OK Excavating $93,285.15
Sealed tenders clearly marked “2013 Landfill Final Cover” will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Municipal Offices, 8707 Main Street, Osoyoos, B.C. up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 25, 2013. Tenders will be opened in public at the Town of Osoyoos Municipal Office at 2:00 p.m. on the tender closing date.
The project comprises the following:
- grade and prepare 3000m2 area to receive final cover.
- excavate approximately 3500m2 of clay and silt from designated borrow area.
- transport, place and compact excavated material on designated areas to receive final cover.
- placement and discing of 1500m3 of compost on areas where final cover has been placed.
- solids removal from 3 hauled liquid waste ponds.
Tender Documents are available electronically on the Town of Osoyoos website and/or BC Bid.
A Planholder Registration Form must be completed and faxed to TRUE Consulting in order to receive any addendums and/or additional information regarding this tender. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that the Registration Form has been received by TRUE Consulting.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
