Sealed Tenders clearly marked “Intersection Improvements – Jasmine Drive / 32nd Avenue and Highway #3 / 70th Avenue” will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Office, 8707 Main Street, Osoyoos, B.C. V0H 1V0 up to 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday, February 26, 2019. Tenders will be opened in public in the Town of Osoyoos Municipal Office at 2:00 p.m. on the tender closing date.
 
The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:

Part A – Intersection Improvement at Jasmine Drive and 32nd Avenue

• Localize storm sewer collection to drywell
• ±475 m² of asphalt and base gravels
• ±32m of asphalt drainage curbing
• Concrete and asphalt driveway restorations
• Signage and traffic marking installations

Part B – Intersection Improvements at Highway No. 3 and 70th Avenue

• Localized storm sewer catch basins, drywells and PVC storm leads
• ±170m of concrete curb and gutter c/w base gravels
• ±120m² of concrete sidewalk c/w wheelchair ramps and tactile warning strips
• ±690m² of asphalt surface removals • ±180m² of asphalt and base gravels
• ±155m² of precast concrete paver infill
• Signage and traffic marking installations
• Landscaping and boulevard restoration
