TENDER Town Hall Front Entrance/Fire Hall Roof Repair Deadline March 2

Closed - No bids received.
Sealed proposals clearly marked “2018 Operational Services Department Town Hall Front Entrance & Fire Hall Roof Repair” will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Municipal Offices, 8707 Main Street, Osoyoos, BC up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday ( February 23)  March 2, 2018.

The project comprises the following:

Town Hall Front Entrance

  1. Remove and Dispose of Existing Town Hall Front entrance Roof materials (approximate area =  21.8 ft2)
  2. Remove Existing Insulation and Replace with New (R50 Value)
  3. Remediate any mold discovered during the inspection process
  4. Repair Town Hall front entrance roof as per plans submitted by David Nairne + Associates Ltd. (Appendix A)

Fire Hall Roof

  1. Installation of Temporary Shoring as per plans submitted by Davie Nairne + Associates Ltd. (Appendix B)

Tenders will be opened in Town Hall Council Chambers immediately after the closing hour of this Tender, at which time interested parties, may be present if so desired. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. No phone calls regarding this Tender. Results will be posted on the Town website within '24 hours' after the deadline.
