Rules
Stick and Puck is a FREE supervised program for participants to shoot the hockey puck around on the ice.

- AGES 6yrs to 16yrs.
- Space will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
- No scrimmaging is allowed on the ice.
- Helmets and gloves are mandatory
