The purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.82, 2010, is to add a site-specific permitted use to the subject property legally described as Lot 763, Plan 2449, District Lot 2450s, SDYD, to allow for a marina. (for a map click on link above) All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard and to present written submissions on the matter above. Written submissions can be mailed to the undersigned or emailed to tosoyoos@osoyoos.ca (the Town will only guarantee that emails sent to this address will form part of the Council Agenda). The deadline for written submissions is 12:00 pm Friday July 2, 2010.
A copy of the amendment bylaw and accompanying documents may be inspected at the Planning and Development Services office, located at 8711 Main Street from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Wednesday, June 23, 2010, to Tuesday, July 6, 2010, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
