RFP - Proposed Public Washrooms Caretaker Contract

Sealed proposals clearly marked “Proposed Public Washrooms Caretaker Contract” will be received by Town Hall located at 8707 Main Street, Box 3010, Osoyoos, BC, V0H 1V0, up to and including 2:00 pm local time, Wednesday, November 28, 2012.

The proposed contract involves the washroom maintenance for the following from April 15 - October 15 each year:
- Pioneer Walkway
- Lions Park
- Legion Beach
- Kinsmen Park
- Cottonwood Park
- Marina (Tentative)

maintenance of the following year-round:
- Gyro Beach
- Goodman Park

The proposed contract would be for a period of three (3) years commencing December 1, 2012, with one (1) option for a three–year extension.  Click here to view the Contract documents.

This Request for Proposals is not an Invitation to Tender and no contract of any kind whatsoever is formed under or arises from this Request for Proposals.  Proposals will be considered on the basis of bid price and experience of the proponent including the proponent’s past work experience with the Town.  The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal the Town considers most favourable to the interests of the Town.

Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.  No phone calls regarding this Request for Proposals.  The details of a successful proposal will be posted on the Town website if and when a proposal is accepted by the Town.
