Request for Proposals (RFP) Parks and Trails Master Plan
CLOSED JUNE 5, 2015
The Town of Osoyoos is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with demonstrated expertise and experience to prepare a 20-year Parks and Trails Master Plan. The Plan will be prepared with input from a local stakeholder charrette planning process and submitted to Council for adoption as a secondary sectoral plan under our Official Community Plan (OCP). The new Plan will provide guidance for investing in the acquisition and development of an integrated system of parks and trails to serve diverse community and visitor needs into the future. The selected consultant will build on the work already completed under that part of the Town’s 2014 Community Services Master Plan relating to parks, open spaces, and trails.
