REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Marina Office Space & Parking Stall
Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Osoyoos gives notice that it proposes to lease, for the period of May 15th to September 15th each year for a term of three (3) years with an option of an additional three (3) years, the office portion of the new marina office / washrooms building located at the marina located at Lions Park and one (1) parking stall located in the marina parking and staging area. The Lands are legally described as Parcel Identifiers 011-089-261 and 011-015-071 Part Block 755, Plan A1057, DL 2450s, SDYD and Lot 763 DL2450s, Plan 2449, SDYD:
The Town is requesting proposals to lease the office portion of the new marina office / washrooms building located at the Town’s Marina at Lions Park and one (1) parking stall located in the marina parking and staging area. The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the lease areas may be obtained by clicking here. The TOR provides a list of the allowable types of business, the use of the parking stall, and the required services to be provided to the Town.
Proposals must be submitted to Planning and Development Services by noon on March 22, 2013, in a sealed envelope clearly marked Marina Office Space and Parking Stall Proposal.
This Request for Proposals is not an Invitation to Tender and no contract of any kind whatsoever is formed under or arises from this RFP. Proposals will be considered on the basis of bid price and experience of the proponent including the proponent’s past work experience with the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal the Town considers most favourable to the interests of the Town.

Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. No phone calls regarding this Request for Proposals. The details of a successful proposal will be posted on the Town website if and when a proposal is accepted by the Town.
