Request for Proposals (RFP) Marina Management Services Deadline March 23, 2021
The Town is requesting proposals to lease the office portion of the marina building located at Desert Sunrise Marina at Lions Park and one (1) parking stall located in the marina parking and staging area.
The Request for Proposals, which contains further details on the requirements and instructions on how to submit a proposal can be viewed electronically through the Town’s online Bids & Tenders System at https://interiorpurchasing.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en or by clicking HERE
The RFP Closing Date and Time is 2:00 pm on March 23, 2021.
Proposals will be considered on the basis of the criteria stated in the RFP, which includes lease price and experience. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal the Town considers most favourable to the interests of the Town.

Late submissions are not permitted in the Bids and Tenders system. The details of a successful proposal will be posted on the Town website if and when a proposal is accepted by the Town.
