LAND DISPOSITION Richter Property Lots

In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Council of the Town of Osoyoos (the “Town”) gives notice that it intends to transfer the lands and premises legally described as:

  1. LOT 4, DISTRICT LOT 2450S, SIMILKAMEEN DIVISION, YALE DISTRICT, PLAN EPP67132 (“Lot 4”);
  2. LOT 17, DISTRICT LOT 2450S, SIMILKAMEEN DIVISION, YALE DISTRICT, PLAN EPP67132 (“Lot 17”);
  3. LOT 18, DISTRICT LOT 2450S, SIMILKAMEEN DIVISION, YALE DISTRICT, PLAN EPP67132 (“Lot 18”);
  4. LOT 19, DISTRICT LOT 2450S, SIMILKAMEEN DIVISION, YALE DISTRICT, PLAN EPP67132 (“Lot 19”); and
  5. LOT 20, DISTRICT LOT 2450S, SIMILKAMEEN DIVISION, YALE DISTRICT, PLAN EPP67132 (“Lot 20”);and substantially as detailed in the sketch plan below (the “Property”) to 1068612 BC LTD. (the “Purchaser”) for $400,000 with the purchase price allocated as follows:
1.  $80,000 for Lot 4; 2.  $80,000 for Lot 17; 3.  $80,000 for Lot 18;
4.  $80,000 for Lot 19; and 5.  $80,000 for Lot 20.
