EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Building Service Workers Deadline March 22

Building Service Worker (Municipal Facilities Caretaker)
Full Time Seasonal April 16 – October 15 and
Part Time Seasonal October 16 - April 15

The Town of Osoyoos requires Seasonal Building Service Workers in the Operational Services Department.

  • 1 Full Time seasonal (40 hours per week, April 16 – October 15) and Part-time seasonal (12.5 hours per week October 16 – April 15) yearly;
  •  1 Full Time seasonal (40 hours per week, April 16 – October 15) yearly.

The April 16 – October 15 full time seasonal positions work 10 hour shifts (between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM with one hour lunch) on a 4 day on/4 day off rotating basis. These positions will be expected to work statutory holidays.

The October 16 – April 15 part time seasonal position works 2.5 hours per day 5 days per week (may be required to work evening and weekends).

This is a bargaining unit position, and the 2019 hourly job rate for this position is $19.52 – $22.96 per hour.
