DELEGATIONS
- Town Sign Bylaw 1282, 2012, concerns presented by Robert Linttell (representing Desert Lifestyles Realty, Pinehurst Developments, Walnut Beach Resort, and Watermark Beach Resort)
BYLAWS
- 2015 Osoyoos Tax Rates Bylaw 1312, 2015 adopted.
- Museum Parcel Tax Amendment Bylaw 1300.02, 2015 adopted.
- Report 2 Water Zoning Bylaw Amendment for Paradise Park Lessees Association at 5901 Main Street. Council approved proceeding to the next step of convening an advertised public hearing at 3:30 PM on June 1, 2015.
BUSINESS
- Parks and Trails Master Plan Council agrees to the RFP package as presented. Councillor King is appointed as the Council representative.
- BMO Banking Agreement Renewal - Council accepted the Bank of Montreal proposal to extend the banking agreement for a term of five years.
- 2015 Annual General Meeting for the Town of Osoyoos be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Council Chambers.
REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
- SILGA conference in Kamloops. Town of Osoyoos resolution concerning online voting was presented and passed by a majority vote.
- Destination Osoyoos won ‘Best Initiative Award’ for its Snowbird Initiative – congratulation to Gail Scott, Managing Director of DO
- Mayor attended School District 53 Board meeting and learned of the district’s challenges and restructuring to meet those challenges. The board hopes to create French immersion class for Tuclenuit School.
- Upcoming Friday, May 8 ‘Move for Health Day’ – Walk with Mayor and Council from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm beginning at Sonora Centre.

The public is encouraged to attend the Committee of the Whole meetings which take place in Council Chambers at 9:00AM on the morning of the Regular Open Council meetings at 2:00 PM to learn additional in-depth information regarding upcoming business.
