Reports

  • Councillor Rhodes encouraged everyone to be socially responsible when putting out their cigarettes.
  • Councillor King attended the Music in the Park and thanked the committee who organized the event.
  • Councillor King attended the Street Dance and it was great to see all the families who attended.
  • Mayor McKortoff gave kudos to Talon Lowton who has provided water bottles to various businesses in Town to encourage people to put out their cigarettes responsibly.
  • Mayor McKortoff encouraged everyone to make donations to the Red Cross to help those who are affected by the Forest Fires.
  • Mayor McKortoff thanked the Town staff for keeping the community safe and clean.

The public is encouraged to attend the Committee of the Whole meetings which take place in Council Chambers at 9:00AM on the morning of the Regular Open Council meetings at 2:00 PM to learn additional in-depth information regarding upcoming business.
