2013 Residential Cart Program - Pilot
This program presented by Progressive Waste Solutions (formerly BFI Canada).
Progressive Waste Solutions (BFI) conducted a trial of their Curbside Collection Cart Pilot Program. Residential properties North of the downtown core, currently receiving curbside pick up, participated in this program.
In 2013 Garbage and Recycling curbside cart (2 carts) were delivered by BFI. The delivery of carts are based on availability.
Yard Waste
If you would like to also try a cart for yard waste, please call our Cart Hotline at 250.328.2778 with your name and address. Please use the carts for your regular curbside garbage, recycling, and yard waste collection for the pilot period.
The pilot period will end 2 months after delivery.
Attached to the carts will be an Information Package containing more details on the pilot and a survey. Please fill out and leave the survey with your carts for pick up following the trial.
If you wish to keep the carts after the trial period please send in the subscription form bundled in the information package.
If you do not wish to participate in the pilot, or do not wish to keep the carts after the trial please email Penticton@bficanada.com or call our cart hotline at 250.328.2778.
Thank you for your cooperation.
