Water Meter RFQ	The supply of water meters and enclosure pits for the major user metering program.	Tender has closed.
Water Meter Installation	The installation and/or modification of a total of 24 water meters.	Tender has closed.
Park Place Landscaping Landscape Plan Planholder Registration Form	The areas to be landscaped are: Area 1 - 113 m2 - North Boulevard adjacent to the Breeze. Area 2 - 33m2 - Park Place median area. Area 3 - 155m2 - Cul de Sac bulb median area	Tender has closed.

Pursuant to Sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter Notice, the Town of Osoyoos hereby gives notice of it's intention to lease or sell the following municipal properties:

45th Street Re-Alignment		Road Dedication	The Town proposes to exchange land with the Osoyoos Indian Band.  Road Closure and Disposition Bylaw No. 1260, 2010 will be considered at the regular open meeting of Council on Monday, May 17, 2010 at 7:00PM.  Public will be provided an opportunity to make representation to Council prior to adoption of bylaw.	Deadline for written submissions is 4:00PM on Friday, May 14, 2010.
Formerly South Okanagan Health Unit building	5-7	5120	The Town proposes to lease the facility formerly known as the South Okanagan Health  Unit building for a year to year term for a minimum of 2 years.	Proposals will be accepted until 2:00PM on Friday, May 7, 2010.
Jack Shaw Gardens	537	4088 except, Plan H204	The Town proposes to renew the Osoyoos Lake Lions Club lease for an additional five-year term, with two options of renewal for five years remaining, for an annual fee of $1.00.	Pending satisfaction of notice requirements under Section 26 of the Community Charter.
