Regular Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, and commence at 2:00 p.m. If the Monday of a scheduled Council meeting is a holiday, the meeting is held on the following day. Most Council meetings are televised live, and are rebroadcast on Channel 18 at various times during the week that follows.

Regular Council meetings are normally held in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, at 8707 Main Street, and are open to the public.  Agendas are available online or at the Town Hall on the Friday preceeding the meeting.

Committee of the Whole meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, and normally commence at 9:00 a.m. If the Monday is a holiday, the meeting is held on the following day.
