PUBLIC NOTICE Well No. 7 Pump Test on Spartan Drive

The Operational Services Department has hired Western Water Associates Ltd. to perform a pump test on Well No. 7 from September 18 – 21, 2017 inclusive.

Test hoses will be placed across Spartan Drive (between the north end of Lions Park and 92 Avenue) to discharge clean well water into Osoyoos Lake. Click here for street view of Well #7.

Use caution while driving over these hoses which will be protected by metal ramps to prevent damage to the vehicles/hoses.

The purpose of this test is to determine if Well No. 7 can be upgraded to a full production well for the Town’s domestic water supply.
