Expressions of Interest (EOI) Street Food Vendors due March 22

The Town of Osoyoos is promoting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from street food vendors for providing quality services in our beautiful resort community. 

The following spaces are available on a competitive basis:

  • 2 stationary vendors in approved parks;
  • 2 stationary vendors on primary liquor establishment properties;
  • 2 stationary vendors in Downtown public parking spaces off Main Street; and
  • 2 mobile vendors along streets outside Downtown.
Vendors may submit an EOI for one space only, along with all supporting evaluation information required under the Town of Osoyoos' "Street Vendor Selection and Approval Policy" a copy of which is available by clicking here or by visiting 8711 Main Street from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (excluding lunch hours from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm) Monday to Friday.  

Selected candidates who meet our rating criteria will then be eligible for a Town of Osoyoos Business Licence and possible annual extensions up to 5 years.  The Town of Osoyoos Business Licence Bylaw No. 1045, 1997 can be viewed by clicking here.   EOIs must be submitted to the undersigned by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, in a sealed envelope clearly marked Street Food Vendor EOI
